If you're not satisfied for any reason with your first purchase of Mallama Skincare Products & Routines, we’ll make it right by issuing a refund or allowing you to exchange the single product you purchased. Just Contact Us with your order number or receipt and confirm whether you'd like a refund for the Skincare products or an exchange to get something more comfortable.

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery (for online orders) or purchase (for in store orders).
If you choose to replace the skincare product, we will ship the item to you free of charge.
If you're not satisfied with your Mallama order, we'll be more than happy to exchange it for you within 30 days of receiving the order. Shipping is free on all orders to the United States. We also offer expedited shipping within the United States for $10.
We offer free shipping on international orders for orders over $30, as well as subscription refills. *This is a new change as of 7/28/20 for we have upgraded our shipping service to cover customs fees and to provide more accurate tracking.a
Our system must verify that the address you enter during checkout is a valid address. If our systems detect an error in your address, your order will be put on hold and we will email you, this could cause a delay during the handling period. Please double check your address during checkout!

Mallama is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Our packing hours are 9am-12pm PST Monday - Friday, We stop shipping after 12pm PST because that is the time the Carrier arrive to pick up the parcels.
If you place an order on the weekend we will ship it out during business days. The speed of receiving your order can depend on a few things such as your shipping method choice and the location your order is being shipped to. We offer several different methods of shipping. Each shipping method has its own handling time, benefits etc.

We work really hard to give everyone the most reasonable shipping rate that'll cover our expense to ship and pack the skincare products to you. We work with carriers around the world for the most up-to-date rates and ensure that we're charging the amount that'll help us with the expense of shipping everything. The rate that you're seeing is the rate that we pay our carrier and a little bit more to pay our warehouse staff a living wage.
If you have a tracking number and you see that your order is not moving in its transit to you, or your tracking number says your order is delivered but you have not received the package you may file a claim with USPS here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
All claims are customers responsibility with the carrier. We do not issue refunds when orders are lost in transit. We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes insurance.

We recommend against using the Sugarcane Detox Scrub on days you are shaving to help with shaving irritation and ingrown hairs. We recommend applying the Green Tea Moisturizer after shaving to hydrate your skin.
